🚀 What's new

  • Update of the progress page: Your progress page has a new design and new features. It now tracks how many exercises, tests, weeks and modules you finished. By completing a Neuroflow you collect 5 points and receive a confirmation that it's been completed.

  • 4-week program: You can now access the 4-week migraine program from our app. Here we have bundled everything we have learned about migraine and summarised the most effective exercises.

  • In our exercise library you can now find these 3 new free exercises:

    • Improve breathing

    • Reduce stress

    • Strengthen the spine

  • Library: In our learning library you will find a new course on the basics of using our app.

  • You can now access our changelog directly from the app. Settings -> Version number -> Check new changes!

  • Interested in a personal training? No problem, from now on you can access it directly from the app.

  • Design change: To make the buttons easier to use, we have adjusted the navigation at the top of the screen. We have also reorganised the dashboard for new users.

🐛 Bug fixes

  • We have made some translation fixes on the English version.

  • You should no longer be logged out after 7 days.
